Values averaged over the last complete interval.

- Average frame time in milliseconds.

- Longest frame of the interval in milliseconds.

- Average time of each phase in milliseconds.

- Average number of draw calls per frame.
- float RenderCommands
- Average number of render commands per frame, before they were batched into the draw calls.

Changes every time the snapshot does.
So whatever is derived from the snapshot - the formatted text of an overlay, say - can be redone only when there is something new, twice a second rather than every frame.
